Alle Kunstwerke und Artefakte sind in diesem Bestandsverzeichnis mit Vorder- und Rückseitenaufnahmen abgebildet, mit Grunddaten beschrieben und mit den bisher bekannten Provenienzangaben versehen. Im Feld «Provenienzstatus» wird der aktuelle Erkenntnisstand zu historischen Eigentumswechseln nach den Kategorien des Kunstmuseums Bern bewertet. Die Credit Line gibt Auskunft über die Eigentumsverhältnisse und den Bearbeitungsstand. Die Inhalte der Datenbank sind mit Volltextsuche und erweiterter Suche recherchierbar.
